タピオカティー
の珍珠?茶
タピオカティー、またはパールミルクティーはミルクティーに大粒のタピオカを入れた台湾発祥の飲料。タピオカパールをストローで吸い込む感覚と、くにゃっとした食感が楽しめるのが特徴。おもに冷たくして飲む。台湾をはじめ日本や中華人民共和国|中国、大韓民国|韓国、東南アジア諸国、北米、アフリカでも販売されている。中国語圏では珍珠?茶（zh?nzh? n?ich?）、波霸?茶（b?b? n?ich?）、北米ではbubble tea、black pearl ice teaなどの呼称で販売されている。台湾、日本などでは「QQドリンク」と呼ばれることもある。一般的には砂糖を多めに入れたミルク入り紅茶に大粒のブラック・タピオカパールと氷を入れて混ぜ、タピオカ#タピオカパール|タピオカパールの直径よりもわずかに太い極太のストローで飲む。店や地域によっては緑茶や烏龍茶でミルクティーを作ったり、熱帯の果物などを紅茶と一緒にミキサーにかけたり、暖かくして飲んだりと、さまざまなバリエーションがある。台湾では持ち帰りしてもこぼれないようフィルムで密閉して客に渡すスタイルが一般的。（写真参照）
